Took my Jeep to get a recall fixed. Kelley Moore was my service advisor and he took care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable and even advised me on how to save money on a minor issue the Jeep had.The recall repair took about 2hrs and Kelley even offered me a ride to and from home in case I didn't want to wait in the customer lounge. I'd definitely bring my Jeep back if any other maintenance was needed. I would suggest to call the service department first and set up an appointment, since I'm not sure how they deal with walk ins.
